We have made it easy to request PET order pads. Simply fill out and submit the online form and one of our team members will reach back out to get what you need.
Insurance & Pre-Authorization Resources
We have a dedicated team specialized in obtaining pre-certifications and pre-authorizations for in-network insurances. We will be happy to assist you in this effort. We only require the imaging requisition and clinical notes.

CD/DVD Viewing Instructions
Please be aware that some anti-virus programs may block our discs from auto-launching. In some cases, corporate computer policies may prevent the viewer from launching. In this case, you would still be able to access your patient's images and reports via iConnect Access. If you do not have a login, please request for one here.
